SUMMARY:Pinchot Park Poker Paddle 2021
DESCRIPTION:A kayaking event to raise money for the PUCHOG Hockey Program. \n11:30am registration and launch will be from Pinchot Park – Conewago Day Use Area\, Sunny Side Pavilion. \nPUCHOG Poker Paddle participants paddle around in kayaks or other paddle vessels to five different beaches around a body of water. At each station\, the participant is dealt a card and participates in a fun event. Each stop has its own theme. Some will be educational. Some will have raffle tickets to purchase. Food vouchers will be provided to all registrants. At the end of the paddle\, the participant with the best poker hand wins. \nAll poker hands will be in to the registration area by 4:00 pm\, and a winner will be announced at 4:15. \nWe will provide a t-shirt to participants that register by July 18\, 2021. \nLike and follow us on Facebook\, Pinchot Park Poker Paddle\, for updates for the event!

SUMMARY:Five For Fighting
DESCRIPTION:A charity ice hockey event\, which includes a local collaboration beer debut. \nFive veteran owned breweries\, created a limited-run beer collaboration called ‘Five For Fighting’. This brew will be for sale at an event of the same name\, ‘Five For Fighting’\, a charity expose ice hockey game. This game will feature former Hershey Bears players as well as former professional ice hockey players. A sled hockey exhibition will be incorporated into the intermissions.  Event also includes a fund raising chuck-a-puck contest\, with great prizes.  All proceeds go to supporting the PUCHOG Hockey Program\, which helps provide hockey to wounded veterans as a means of physical\, mental\, and emotional therapy. \n\nBeer Debut @ 3pm\nGame Time @ 5pm\nTickets:$10 online or $15 at the door\n\nThe final details of the beer are currently a mystery\, but we are targeting a Light IPA. \nBreweries Include: \n\nTattered Flag — Middletown\, Pennsylvania\nCox’s Brewing Company — Elizabethtown\, Pennsylvania\nHemauer Brewing Company — Mechanicsburg\, Pennsylvania\nArtifice Ales & Mead — Manheim\, Pennsylvania\nBlack Forest Brewery\n\nHershey Bears Players Include: \n\nTBD\n\nFormer Profession Ice Hockey Players Include: \n\nFreddy Cassivi\nRob Shearer\nFrank ” The Animal” Bialowas\nTBD\n\nMitch Lamoureux and Dave Fenyves will be there\, but on IRR.
