Join PUCHOG for our Super Bowl Squares fundraiser! $10 per square with multiple chances to win throughout the game.

Pricing

• $10 per square
• Maximum 5 squares per person
• All proceeds support PUCHOG programs (ice time, equipment, veteran resources)

How to Play

Super Bowl Squares is easy to play and fun to follow throughout the game:

1. Pick Your Squares: Choose your squares on the 10×10 grid
2. Numbers Assigned: After all squares are filled, numbers 0-9 are randomly assigned to each axis (one for each team)
3. Watch the Game: Winners are determined by matching the last digit of each team’s score
4. Win at Each Quarter: Prizes awarded at the end of each quarter, halftime, and final score

Example

If the Home Team scores 17 and the Away Team scores 14 at the end of the first quarter, find where row “7” intersects with column “4” on the grid – that square wins!

How to Participate

Step 1: Check Availability

• Email csubaseball8@yahoo.com to coordinate with Nick about which square numbers are still available

Step 2: Make Payment

Payment Options:

• Venmo: @Puchog
• PayPal: paypal.me/PUCHOGorg
• Cost: $10 per square

Payment Instructions:

1. Send payment via Venmo or PayPal
2. In payment notes, include:
   • “Super Bowl Squares”
   • Number of squares you’re purchasing
   • Your desired square numbers

Limit: Maximum 5 squares per person

Prize Structure

Winners are determined by the last number of the score for each team per quarter. Prizes awarded as follows:

• End of 1st Quarter: $100
• End of 2nd Quarter (Halftime): $100
• End of 3rd Quarter: $100
• Final Score: $200

Note: We will be paying out each quarter based on the last number of the score for each team per quarter and maxing out the number of squares at 5 squares per person.

Proceeds will go to help PUCHOG – NO OVERTIME

Where Your Money Goes

100% of proceeds support wounded veterans through:

• Ice time for team practices
• Hockey equipment
• Veteran resource coordination
• Community events

All PUCHOG programs are run by volunteers – your full $10 goes directly to supporting veterans.
