About PUCHOG

Players Using Competition Helping Others Grow, Inc. (PUCHOG) is a non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization. We strive to enhance the lives of wounded veterans and their supporters by organizing tournaments and other fun events to bring awareness to the issues they face while raising funds to help their cause. All of the members are volunteers and all proceeds and donations from every event go directly to support our teams.

The PUCHOG hockey program is designed to get wounded warriors and their supporters on the ice to play ice hockey. The program is intended to provide warriors a chance to gather with fellow veterans with shared experiences and share the camaraderie they felt while in the service. The game of hockey allows these warriors to participate in a fast moving, quick thinking game that can be rough. Hockey therefore is an excellent form of physical, mental and emotional therapy.
