Free – $300.00Each player will need a current USA Hockey number.
Teams registering on or before April 17, 2021 (with a $300 non-refundable deposit) will receive
the Early Bird rate of $1000.
Teams registering (with deposit) after April 17, 2021 will pay $1,100.
Teams registering after May 5, 2021 (provided registration is still open) will be charged a $100
surcharge, and possibly not receive the T-shirts.
Individual adults are $35/game and will be placed on an existing team.
